This review is from: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Vol. 8 (Manga) (Code Geass : Lelouch of the Rebellion) (Paperback)
Perfect collectors item for any fan of the series. I'm not extremely fond of the artwork, this adaptation by Majiko is much more cute and cartoon-like rather than serious. But! What the book does offer is a few changes from the original series-- things mostly play out the same but different things lead up to the climax. It's interesting to see the minor changes and in the books they manage to throw in some of the plots from the picture dramas which is even more interesting to see drawn out. Book #8 overall has the most pages compared to all the previous 7 volumes. Even though I'm not very fond of the art-style the ending is drawn quite well. Definitely a tear-jerker, will have you hooked until the final page and have you wanting more and more.
